Making Things Even More Annoying

On the same theme as my last post... I'm going to add to the frustration element of my object. It will still be a spinning toy, but this will be a deception as instead of being able to play with it, I will mke it that when you try to spin it, the piece just flies off of the string and then creates it's loud annoyiong noise. So the user is all confused, they didn't expect the thing to fall off and now it's on the other side of the room making an annoying beeping noise which won't turn off until you attach it back on to the string.
