Processing Applications

So yesterday we were asked to analyze two applications on openprocessing.com. Here's what I chose...

I like this first one because of the simple but effective interactive design. It's a beautiful fluid look, but this fluidity is actually made up of multiple straight lines, making for an interesting design aesthetic. I feel this app could be improved by the addition of a choice of colours... But that is just me being picky.

I really love this second app. I've been procrastinating from writing this blog by playing with it... The idea actually relates to our current project in that it allows you to create multiple forms from the one basic shape. My favourite part is scrolling the mouse wheel to make the branches thicker, this makes the branches a lot more interesting to interact with.
